For those who haven’t followed the evolution of e-cigs in the news, the PACT Act, also known as the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act, was amended in 2020 to include vapor products, limiting who can manufacture, sell, or ship e-cigs and their e-liquid replacements.
