cs@iloveecigs.com accepts major credit cards and/or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. Simply fill your shopping cart with your products of choice, click checkout, and provide your credit card information as requested. The credit card that you specify will be charged when the order is placed. All payments are 100% secure, using only the highest grade SSL Encryption to protect your data.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call cs@iloveecigs.com Customer Service at 1-800-705-4030 or 786-707-3095 (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday) as soon as possible after placing your order. We won’t be able to cancel your order once your item has been shipped, but contact us after receiving your items, and we can help you with an easy return.
INVOICES
When you complete your online order, you may wish to print the order confirmation screen as a record of your order. If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive an cs@iloveecigs.com “Order Confirmation" email. This email may also serve as a record of your order.
