Tips to preserve your battery

Your e-cig battery is the beating heart of your vaping experience, powering your innovative device to provide you with rich vapor throughout your day. So, to ensure that your battery is functioning at its full capacity follow these simple tips to avoid affecting the charge and causing damage.

Keep it charged

The healthy life of any battery is dependent upon steady charging. Now, we aren’t saying that you need to overcharge the battery, but keeping it as charged as possible will help the battery to maintain its power. Also, if you have any spare batteries, it’s important to keep those levels topped up as well since they will drain even if they are stored and not used.

Don’t overcharge

While all devices vary in the length of time it takes to reach a full charge, it’s best to set a timer to avoid overcharging your device. (our recommendation is not more than 5-6 hours from a wall outlet charger). Also, we recommend that you only charge your e-cig when you’re at home and able to monitor it, as leaving it plugged in can be damaging as well as a fire hazard. Another tip would be to rotate between all the batteries you own to make sure that they are all receiving equal usage.

Turn your device off while not in use

While this may seem like an obvious tip, many people fail to remember to power down their devices. Not only will this minimize the energy that’s being used, but it will also ensure that your battery power will last for longer periods.

Keep your device out of the heat

The battery and the capsule will drain faster in hot weather. So keep your device in cooler places as much as possible.

Don’t drop your device

The Logic Pro vaporizer and the Power series battery are very fragile and sensitive. Do not bang them or drop them as they will stop working if the inner mechanism is damaged.

Tips for maintaining your coils

While Logic vape pens possess an intuitive, integrated coil technology within their devices, we still wanted to offer simplistic tips for coil maintenance, just in case. Since coils can get pretty costly, avoid straining your e-cig and you will avoid straining your wallet.

Change up your e-juice

Sometimes heavy VG liquids will gunk up or burn out your coils, making the absorption of the juice harder for the device. Ideally, it’s best to select an e-liquid that is more transparent and possesses higher PG levels.

Wash your coils

You can extend the life of your e-cig coil by simply running it under warm water from time to time. Refrain from using any soap and just place it on some dry paper towel, allowing it to air dry. This maintenance hack is an effective way to remove deposits that may be left behind from high VG e-juices.

    Hi Robert,

The color at the end of the tip tell you what’s going on with the device. Red indicates it’s charging, green lets you know when the battery is fully charged and blue means that your battery needs to be charged.
